Orlando, FL. No wait is the bonus here. We came on a holiday around 10:55 am and the place had about three groups outside and only one couple in line ahead of us. Good flavors. Steve said the part of the cupcake that overflows at the top was crunchy (the underside of the rim of the “muffin top”) and that added a lot to the experience. Overpriced and lackluster Customer experience. We've been wanting to visit for months and finally decided to stop in. We were not greeted and all ordering is done via iPad. We settled on half a dozen cupcakes, 3 cookies, and the pepper jack bacon scone for a total of $56. The cupcakes are already expensive and they tack on small additions to nickel and dime you further. I bought some of these cupcakes as a gift to my sister from California and she loved them. I went back again while I was in Florida and tried them myself. They are fresh, sweet, tasty, and filling. They have mini and full size cupcakes in the store. Large display and the outside has plenty of seating for its guests. There is an area with a deck that is large where you can sit and relax as you people watch. You can mix and match what you want and the pricing is not bad per cupcake. Sprinkles cupcakes are pretty tasty. However they are exceedingly overpriced. How on earth did we get to the point of paying so much for cupcakes? Anyway. This location is a tad small, and there are only a couple of benches to sit inside, most of the seating is outside. In Orlando you really need to offer more inside seating. Between the heat and rain, it’s just a more pleasant experience. I did find it kind of warm even inside. Service isn’t the quickest, which is surprising.
