Orlando, FL. No wait is the bonus here. We came on a holiday around 10:55 am and the place had about three groups outside and only one couple in line ahead of us. Good flavors. During my trip at Port Orleans, Riverside I purchased about a dozen vegan sprinkles cupcakes. They are the best and I wish they would make it out to the Midwest (WI). Love, love, love!!

When this first opened at Disney Springs, it was great! So many people and you could see them actually working and you felt welcomed. Now, it’s so lack luster. Everything is now on a tablet to order, 1 person working and not even a hello or welcome. I had an online order and no welcome or questions were asked. I had to wait 10 minutes before the one person acknowledged me, and my cupcake was sitting there. You can tell the cupcakes taste different, almost if they aren’t even baked fresh. Too expensive for the “experience”.

was looking for a cheaper alternative to desserts in disney springs when i stumbled across these cupcakes! upon coming in i was indecisive but Amanda helped me pick out what i wanted and the explained all the flavors i could get! She was so attentive and thorough with any questions i had. I really recommend the cupcake shake. Best. Shake. Ever

This place is a shell of it's former glory. I am an OG Sprinkles fan from their first store in Beverly Hills. I was excited when one was built in Disney Springs. This is my last visit here. No one said hello when we walked in. In fact we were ignored the entire time we were there. The cupcakes taste stale and uninspiring. Even the passholder discount is limited to weekday mornings. What a joke. The price doesn't justify the product or the experience.
