I first heard of Sprinkles on Shark Tank. We visited Chicago this weekend and I knew I had to try it! I got the Carrot Cake cupcake which was incredible. It had chunks of carrots and raisins inside and was so dense and moist-the perfect cupcake. It also had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. The cupcake ATM is SUCH a sweet idea (no pun intended)

In terms of tase, this place is among the best. Their cakes are awesome. They do tend to make errors in terms of the size of the cake and sometimes even the type. It's nice when they give a refund or some free cupcakes to make up for it, but it's always better if the order was right in the first place.

Made a trip to chicago Saturday night a little before 10. I used to go to this atm often years ago. When I went this time, I was surprised to see how low of options there were. Not only that, but the cupcakes seemed smaller than they used to be and tasted very dry. I was super excited to visit considering it has been so long and Ive always loved it, but for the price and limited options, quality really dropped down from what it used to be. Very disappointing.

While there was a long line out the door, it moved at a decent pace. There was a bench & 3 chairs to sit at while waiting or eating. Cupcakes were amazing! Delicious! Couldn't use atm because they were too busy to stock. Would have liked to try. Maybe next time. Will return!

Cute little downtown experience. It works like a giant cupcake vending machine and is open 24/7. Unfortunately the cupcakes tend to sell out quickly during the spring and summer so it's best to go early. Cheapest cupcake was $4/5 last time I checked.
