I have been with several banks in my 66 yrs . Some good and some not so good. I like to deal with people I no so I don't understand why I have to call a out of town person when I perfer dealing with my bank people. No need to transfer me just let me dial st to them. I go to use my debit card to pay my bills and all day it declines. Not my bills will be late I'm so pissed. I have the money in the bank??? Now I go to my app, I hate your app. So complicated but what is worse cant find the 800#. Guess I will ask google in the mo... read more

Very friendly and professional staff. They have good customer service and have been very helpful whenever I have had questions. The drive through service is quick, which is much appreciated.

SouthEast Bank is the best bank we've used ever. They have the Greatest customer service by far. We have never had any issues while using the bank. They are always so friendly and welcoming. They will always go above and beyond to help you out.

Friendly, knowledgeable, & trustworthy staff!!! They’ve been my go to bank for YEARS & I absolutely love the staff, esp Shirley Diane Hutchins. She goes above & beyond for me & my family with anything related to banking needs. Can’t recommend them enough!

I recently had a name change and was dreading going through the process of getting things changed over. I came in to the Dayton branch and they were so nice and made things super easy! I have been with South East for many years and anytime I have to come in for something they have taken such good care of me.
