Matthew is very good at his job. He makes every customer feel welcome and never rushed. He is willing to answer any questions and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate his help as always. Also appreciate Donna helping me to get a time set up to come in. All of the staff is always very friendly.

I have been banking with SouthEast Bank for 3-4 years and I have had a great experience. Recently I had an incident with the 10th street location and was ready to change but the Willow avenue location saved me! Darlene is very sweet and I appreciate the help when I go in! My grandma also backs with Southeast and and loves the Willow avenue location because they are kind and patient when she has trouble understanding at 80 years old! Thank you Willow avenue team! 💜
Opened a checking account. Got treated with respect and in a real friendly manner from each employee I encountered with. Promptly and friendly service. Haleigh was super friendly and got me started and Matthew carried me the rest of the way. Both super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys
