Awesome bank, very happy we chose them for our small business.
We came from ORNL (horrible banking institution). SouthEast Bank has so many great banking options. The customer service is, hands-down, the best my husband and I have experienced with a bank. The Fountain City branch is top notch all the way around. The employees are friendly and helpful. Cindy, the Branch Manager, is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about her customer service. Really like the SouthEast Bank Bearden branch. My wife and I recently opened a CD there, and the staff (especially Nina) was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very appreciative. It was an extremely pleasant experience that reminded me of the small local banks from years past. We are in the process of transferring our accounts to SouthEast Bank and plan to make it our primary bank.

Southeast Bank is a great place to do banking. The savings rates are great and the interest checking account is one of the best accounts anywhere. All the employees are friendly and welcoming at the Farragut Branch. Brenda, Jane, Mary, Meagen, and Sharon are an Allstar team that make me want to go to the bank even when I don't need to!
