I am so impressed with the bank near Sequoyah for my daughter’s business account! From the beginning to end of setting up our accounts, Nina, was excellent. The bank has the atmosphere of great customer service which you rarely find these days. Not only did they give more services at no cost as compared to other banks, they really know their trade. In person or on the phone, they put the customer’s needs as a top priority. Thank you South East Bank!

Deborah helped me open a new account and I cannot say enough good things about her and how she handled the appointment. She was so knowledgeable and professional. Her communication was thorough, efficient, and I felt like I could ask anybody silly questions without judgement. Beware- they are very ridiculous fee hungry. Worse than that, I've banked with them for almost 10 years. When a crisis hit my account, they offered ZERO support. In fact, all they did was send a letter about more fees! Not addressing my problem. Needless to say, this bank is gone once my account is figured out. Very disheartening.
