Beware- they are very ridiculous fee hungry. Worse than that, I've banked with them for almost 10 years. When a crisis hit my account, they offered ZERO support. In fact, all they did was send a letter about more fees! Not addressing my problem. Needless to say, this bank is gone once my account is figured out. Very disheartening.

We came from ORNL (horrible banking institution). SouthEast Bank has so many great banking options. The customer service is, hands-down, the best my husband and I have experienced with a bank. The Fountain City branch is top notch all the way around. The employees are friendly and helpful. Cindy, the Branch Manager, is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about her customer service. She is knowledgeable and spot on. I highly recommend this bank, branch and manager to everyone and I will continue to do so. They deserve BEST ... read more

Really like the SouthEast Bank Bearden branch. My wife and I recently opened a CD there, and the staff (especially Nina) was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very appreciative. It was an extremely pleasant experience that reminded me of the small local banks from years past. We are in the process of transferring our accounts to SouthEast Bank and plan to make it our primary bank.
