Deborah helped me open a new account and I cannot say enough good things about her and how she handled the appointment. She was so knowledgeable and professional. Debbie Lee is the best person I’ve worked with in banking hands down. She is kind and informative. Finances are very personal and Debbie leads with solutions and no judgement. She is one of one.
Beware- they are very ridiculous fee hungry. Worse than that, I've banked with them for almost 10 years. When a crisis hit my account, they offered ZERO support. In fact, all they did was send a letter about more fees! Not addressing my problem. Needless to say, this bank is gone once my account is figured out. Very disheartening.

We came from ORNL (horrible banking institution). SouthEast Bank has so many great banking options. The customer service is, hands-down, the best my husband and I have experienced with a bank. The Fountain City branch is top notch all the way around. The employees are friendly and helpful. Cindy, the Branch Manager, is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about her customer service.
