I liked this bank. Workers are awesome. Always help if need. If you need a cashier check, it's cheap and fast to do. Understanding people works there. Highly recommend 👌 Also, if someone needs quarters, you can get in this bank easy and fast. I checked a couple of stores, and nobody wants to change cash to quarters, but this bank did.

Worst service I’ve had. I use all branches from Dayton, Chattanooga and Knoxville. This one by far is the slowest and people just standing and talking . I had to leave because I literally wasted 30 minutes and I got a business to run

We love SouthEast! They've been our personal and business bank for years! Wish they would open a branch in Marion county though! Friendly staff and great service!

My fiancé was definitely stereotyped at this establishment. He walked in to open an account with them. Unfortunately the front desk people were reading newspapers and helping everyone but him. They never said hi or even asked if he could be helped. Several people came in after him and they were helped while he sat there waiting for acknowledgement.
