Amy and the rest of the crew at the Decatur branch are always excellent in their customer service. They are super friendly and I thoroughly enjoy banking here!
I've banked here for around 10 years now, and I think they're great. Everybody has always been friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with anything either. Plus, they don't charge ridiculous fees for ignorant things, like some other banks I've used. So, I would recommend them without hesitation.
My husband and I moved to Decatur Tn from Florida a year and a half ago! Moving is stressful but the staff at the Decatur branch made us feel so welcome! Thank you to April, Amy and Becca for always taking the time to help us with anything! All of you are amazing ❤️
