Whats with all the changes??? You are movin people and getting rid of people that are very important to us small town people. It's very important to older people to have friendly and caring people to help them. I am filled with sadnes that this is what you call a community bank. I may not have much but what I do have will not be at SouthEast much longer.
I have been banking here for the past 3 years. Yesterday I tried to buy lunch in Nashville, card was declined... odd. Ran as credit.. declined again? I checked my bank account and had plenty of money. So I call your wonderful ( beyond useless ) customer service. I was then informed my card had been suspended and could no longer be used ( shouldn't I have gotten a phonecall from the branc before I embarrass myself at lunch? ).
