Cindy was PHENOMENAL. She helped my husband and I get set up for a bank account after just moving to Tennessee, she was beyond helpful and so nice!. I would recommend this bank to anyone!, definitely hands down the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

This branch of Southeast Bank is amazing. Mrs. Cindy Reeves is the most caring, helpful bank manager I have ever met. She genuinely cares for people, all people. She goes above and beyond to explain, teach and help everyone. Her example is followed by her staff. I have never been treated unkind by anyone at this Fountain City Branch. We just love this bank.
Cindy is the best hands down! She has provided high end service, gotten us great rates, manages multiple accounts of ours and always answers her phone when we have questions or need help with online banking! Her warm personality makes it an exceptional experience!
