SouthEast Bank is the friendliest I've seen here in TN! The staff is always friendly, always answering questions, go above and beyond when there's a problem. They listen, they know you by name and face, and always try to find the best solution for whatever is going on. If there's a promotion or something going on, they always advise. Southeast bank is awesome! If you're looking for a hometown Bank this is the bank you're looking for. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service and the amount of services they offer. Lacey is so wonderful and helpful! I now live across the country but have stayed banking with South East Bank because Lacey is so helpful and accommodating. When I have any issues I call and ask for Lacey directly and she’s always quick to help. My whole household always raves about how helpful she is and how she goes out of her way to go over the top.
