We had the set lunch and there was the unlimited appetizer which has beef tartare, dry-aged hamachi and beetroot. We loved it so much that we went for second servings. For the mains, we tried the dry-aged duck and the Sanchoku picanha. The duck had a crispy skin with tender and juicy meat. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. Steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Service was warm, and the cozy vibe made it such a special evening with my loved ones. Great vibes and service also excellent. Pricey but worth it for the quality and experience!

There for dinner . Service was prompt and friendly. Ambience pleasant and spacious. We took the set dinner which was a rather good value and generally well prepared with generous portions for an $88 dinner set. Although one needs to moderate expectations around steak quality which was alright but clearly not top notch and one should not expect it to be so for that price level- but it was decent enough . Overall a very good experience for the price point .

We had such a delightful dining experience at Skirt Restaurant, made even more memorable by Sylvester’s impeccable service. The service crew was generally friendly and helpful, but one of them really stood out from the rest - none other than Sylvester. He took the time to show us the different cuts of steaks they had that evening, walked us through the wine list, and was always attentive to our needs. I thought it was rather novel for them to let us pick a steak knife that we liked from their selection of custom knives.
