Had a wonderful dinner at Skirt to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. Had the 5 course menu. Food was phenomenal. Chef would come out to greet us and introduce the dishes from time to time. Staff were friendly and always checked in on us. Views were great with high ceilings and beautiful interior decor. Would definitely visit again Tried their Brunch menu on the second visit. Food was in nice small portions, perfect with the free flow alcohol provided. As usual, the food was all done up to perfection. Especially loved the aubergine and Lobster ravioli!
It has been quite a while since our last visit. It was really great that Sylvester still remembers us and did something special on our dessert and complimentary tea and coffee. It was really nice gesture from him.
