Booked with Matt hearing great things about him and the spa. When I arrived, he wanted to go to lunch and tried to put me with someone else. I wanted to accommodate his schedule so I asked if I could rebook for another time. They said their Internet was down so they couldn’t rebook — and that they would have to charge me even if I didn’t get a massage. Waste of time and a lot of attitude, not at all accommodating. A little politeness goes a long way.

Excellent massage from a lovely therapist. Clean facility with a nice area to relax. The wet & dry saunas were a great touch, the courtyard was beautiful for a July morning. They didn't have skincare or nails available, but the body work was performed expertly and with care. I would go again!

Reception staff is HORRENDOUS At reception, he said several times that he didn’t see my name on the schedule. Three times in the five minutes he was looking for my appointment he asked for my name (!!), and three times I received the same response: he can’t find my appointment. Finally he realized he was looking at the wrong information, and I was able to have my appointment. Several weeks later I called to make another appointment. planned on a couples massage for our anniversary. Totally ruined. and received all confirmations that we were good. We arrived and they cancel our couple's massage. They wanted to do single massages. Wife did not want to be alone in room with massage person. That is why booked couple's massage. Desk person did not care..
