A decent hotel... Very clean. The staff is very helpful. The sports bar serves surprisingly good food and very reasonably priced drinks for a hotel. (Homemade chicken tenders!!) The problem is that the hotel needs TLC... It seems very dated and worn. TVs in the bar are ancient, furniture is old and the common areas are kept very cold in the winter. It all gives the impression that they work hard but are struggling financially. Also, don't waste money on the concierge level... It's very poorly stocked and maintained.

I just had the best experience ever checkin in at a hotel. Diana helped me at the front desk and it’s been the most professional and friendly staff interaction I have ever had at a front desk. She was amazing, helped me out with my requests, I got an upgrade for my status and she was SUPER kind offering me the perks my status has. I wish all the staff were like Diana.

AVOID this place IF you’re SENSITIVE TO SOUND!!! Pretty bad experience at this Sheraton so much so that I plan to avoid this line moving forward. They’re older buildings typically and I value my sleep too much to stay at these locations anymore. Half of the outlets don’t work either so good luck if you expect your phone to charge overnight without double checking. I could hear every move my neighbor made. I am a Southwest flight attendant, and this is one of my favorite hotels. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Tonight I had a 13 hour day, my iPhone charger broke and by the time I was released for the day every store in the area was closed. But luckily Apollo was working tonight. As soon as I let him know my situation he offered me his own personal charger to make sure my phone was charged enough for me to make it through the night. He was gracious, and so sweet. This is just my opinion but: -For how expensive this hotel is, and for how fancy they attempt to pass themselves off to be, it’s just a regular OLD hotel. The place is well kept for what it is, but outdated- and you can tell. -If you wish to stay here, they charge $20 A NIGHT to park at the hotel you already paid for.
