A decent hotel... Very clean. The staff is very helpful. The sports bar serves surprisingly good food and very reasonably priced drinks for a hotel. (Homemade chicken tenders!!) The problem is that the hotel needs TLC... It seems very dated and worn. TVs in the bar are ancient, furniture is old and the common areas are kept very cold in the winter. It all gives the impression that they work hard but are struggling financially. Also, don't waste money on the concierge level... It's very poorly stocked and maintained.

I just had the best experience ever checkin in at a hotel. Diana helped me at the front desk and it’s been the most professional and friendly staff interaction I have ever had at a front desk. She was amazing, helped me out with my requests, I got an upgrade for my status and she was SUPER kind offering me the perks my status has. I wish all the staff were like Diana.

AVOID this place IF you’re SENSITIVE TO SOUND!!! Pretty bad experience at this Sheraton so much so that I plan to avoid this line moving forward. They’re older buildings typically and I value my sleep too much to stay at these locations anymore. Half of the outlets don’t work either so good luck if you expect your phone to charge overnight without double checking. I could hear every move my neighbor made. Did now use room service. Be careful with the garage parking to exit... tricky usage to leave the parking garage if you had parking included with your stay. We got stuck leaving & had to use credit card to leave& need to call service is garage company to get reimbursed

Best staff I’ve ever encountered while staying at any hotel; they were nothing short of phenomenal. The food at the MVP lounge was amazing and the drinks were on point. Can’t wait to come back to Springfield.
