I am a Southwest flight attendant, and this is one of my favorite hotels. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Tonight I had a 13 hour day, my iPhone charger broke and by the time I was released for the day every store in the area was closed. But luckily Apollo was working tonight. As soon as I let him know my situation he offered me his own personal charger to make sure my phone was charged enough for me to make it through the night. He was gracious, and so sweet. AVOID this place IF you’re SENSITIVE TO SOUND!!! Pretty bad experience at this Sheraton so much so that I plan to avoid this line moving forward. They’re older buildings typically and I value my sleep too much to stay at these locations anymore. Half of the outlets don’t work either so good luck if you expect your phone to charge overnight without double checking. I could hear every move my neighbor made. The beds are comfortable, but you can clearly hear people’s phones pinging from messages in adjoining rooms and understand every word of conversations. The HVAC units are poorly functioning, the 12th floor breakfast buffet is in sparse, and to top it off half of the outlets don’t work. Good luck charging your laptop/phone overnight. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor use the bathroom…. Never had that experience before.

Cons first (because there were more): 1. It’s very brown making it easy to hide unsanitary conditions. 2. Electrical issues: bulbs flicker, TV works but only after you change the plug ports, but it will turn off suddenly & unexpectedly; mini fridge is actually a mini freezer (my salad told me and a canned sprite exploded to confirm salad’s opinion). 3. This was my fourth time booking this hotel while traveling for work. I haven’t had any trouble in the past yet like they say when it happens, it happens. My work had me here for six days so I decided to buy a bottle of red wine for my stay. I opened up my bottle of Red wine on Wednesday night, left for work Thursday morning, and when I returned to the hotel Thursday early evening, the bottle was gone.
