Nice rooms, ocean view is beautiful! We had a corner room and it felt very private. Concierge was amazing, took the time to show us lots of options. We did valet parking but there is an option to self park, no designated parking lot tho. There’s a breakfast buffet on the weekend with lots of options: gluten free, vegetarian, vegan. The dinner restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. Good was fine but there are so many great restaurants in the area, just don’t bother getting dinner here. I stayed here for work for a few nights. I was in town most of the day, but traveling to and from the hotel was easy enough. The convenience of having a restaurant and cafe in the hotel was a huge help. The service was beyond what I expected, including staff at the door to help you with any luggage when you arrive or leave. The hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of fresh flowers, and the view of the seaport was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is a good bargain for a quiet, high quality hotel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the atmosphere was elegant with a huge display of fresh flowers in the lobby. The area is very walkable. The only drawback was that it was not particularly convenient to the T.

Some of the best service I've received at a hotel. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and made to feel at home. The lobby/ lounge has a corporate business look, but there's just something about it that makes it feel cozy, there are travelers alike sharing stories and enjoying their time. This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of downtown Boston. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you become a regular and get to know the staff, you may receive good service.
