They just keep closing random spots for no reason and it’s becoming impossible to find parking, and many spots are small or hard to get into with a lot of pillars and very narrow aisles. All EV spots also always seem to be marked for hotel guests so unclear how you’re supposed to charge your car.

Massive complex - very easy to lose track of your vehicle. No cell service in the garage and a very claustrophobic feeling. I totally lost my truck, but a fabulous employee Hassan helped me find it. Thank you, Hassan!!!

$25 flat rate 10 hour parking BARGAIN! Right by the boats and the best restaurants. The seaport district is one of my favorite places for food. 1st time on the boat for an award ceremony and the parking was perfect location!!!

Check what you are being charged. We were there for 8 hours. Paid $16 @kiosk near elevator and valided ticket. Picked up receipt. Went to use validated ticket at exit and was declined. Teĺler came over and i showed him ticket. The receipt had wrong times and wrong license. But receipt had my credit card last 4 numbers. Something was definitely wrong with auto pay system. Teller argued with us and said we were defaulding systems. Seconds teller came over and said we stoldthe ti ket and left us there. Out of frustr... read more
