Even though I only spent one night here, my short experience will pull me back for a longer stay in the future. Hands down the absolute best customer service I've ever received. When I arrived early, there was no issue to leave my belongings in the office while I wondered around town, only to find them placed in my room when I checked in. Ann was wonderful & helpful with anything I needed or asked about, quick and ready to answer my questions. As was the entire staff. The room was beautiful, clean, and offered an incredible ocean view, which made the stay visually enjoyable. However, the service did not meet the same standard. I noticed a clear difference in attentiveness and friendliness compared to how other guests were treated. As a Hispanic guest visiting with my partner, I felt the level of service we received was noticeably less welcoming. While the location and accommodations were excellent, the inconsistency in service left a disappointing impression.

Sea Sprite exceeded all of our expectations. The location and amenities were perfect for our family. The Hula Girl restaurant was adorable. Both restaurant and hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We did feel bad about tracking sand in from the beach, but the staff was on top of it. We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we are in LA

I grew up coming to the Sea Sprite for family vacations and I was always greeted with great rooms, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. This was the first time I stayed here at the most recent renovations and the opening of their restaurant, Surfer Girl. Immediately upon driving up it was very busy and chaotic with no signage to where to go to check in, and was not given any direction by valet staff. What a gem of a stay at the Sea Sprite Beach Club! We hosted our small team there for our annual get-together and were blown away. The vibe, fresh upscale but approachable new feel, customer service were unforgettable. Perfect location for a beachy getaway. Surfer Girl's menu is delightful. From our initial inquiry to checking out, 10/10 recommend. Thanks to James and the whole team at Sea Sprite for a weekend to remember!
