First time at this hotel and was blown away with how exceptional the property is. The lobby had a cute Christmas tree nice blue and white tones to mimic the Marina vibes which is only a few steps away. Plenty of parking which was great never full. I stayed from Thursday-Sunday. I got the twin bed room and upon walking in the room was extremely clean and presented well. It's basically a spot to stay for a night. The harbour is just beside it, making a walk possible anytime of the day or night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but at this price range could have done better adding breakfast at least. But the staff is exceptional and warm and welcoming.

A Hotel that tries/ Even when they don't have to. Located next to a fisherman centric locale, this hotel can honestly just pack it in and still book every room each day of the year. Yet they strive to be better Here is what I found: Great customer service The most comfortable beds ever...Im a former Travel Agent and I'm used to Four Seasons, JW Marriotts, Ritz Carltons, insert others here. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was so happy with this room which was renovated about 4 years ago. Very nice. And a very comfortable king bed. The walk to the harbor restaurants was scenic along the yacht harbor. Large flat screen TV, too!

Great location within 1/2 block of the harbor with numerous restaurants within walking distance. It is an older hotel but the price and location make it an incredible find. We never felt unsafe. And, as a tourist, how much time does one spend in the room anyway? There is a small pool, free parking, free wifi and a refrigerator in the hotel room. What more could I ask for? On my next visit to San Diego, I will not hesitate to book another stay here.
