Super nice area! But the hotel is not the best, there were hundreds of ants crawling in our room around the coffee machine/refrigerator area! Also 3 moths in the room. The room itself is not that great and is quite dark! Super noisy all day and will wake you up early in the morning. Was in a room right beside reception and could hear every conversation with the staff at the other side of our wall. Would not recommend if your looking for a nice place!

Best part about this hotel was the free bottled water and the view. Service was mediocre. Not that we required much service since we got in late about 730/8pm and stayed till 9am the next day. The room had ugly decor, and my husband and I were charged a 40$ service fee. For what exactly? Just so you’re all aware the bay towers is the red headed step child to the actual Sheraton hotel. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

Quaint, very clean room. Basic, simple amenities in great location next to some great locally sourced seafood restaurants. The surrounding area is a nice clean environment with very minimal noise. Clean, well kept pool area.

Clean room but tv not working. Couldn't access any channels. Also, bed mattress super flat and lopsided. Not a comfortable stay. Disappointed :(

Unfortunately the worst hotel of my trip. The room was relatively nice but one of the lights didn't work and the air con didn't work. Wouldn't have bothered me that much but the area is so incredibly loud. There is a club opposite that played music till 1:30AM both nights, there's a lot of people coming out of clubs that hang out right outside the rooms, then heard bottles being emptied into bins outside the club, cars revving up and down the road constantly and unfortunately also under a flight path.
