This place absolutely exceeded expectations from the moment we checked in. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were very nice, spacious, quiet, even if next to the pool, and felt like home. The towel service, free happy hour drinks, and morning muffins and ice cream bars were small amenities that made a big difference. Easily one of the premier hotels in Key West. It’s an intimate property with roughly 30 suites, making it feel exclusive but welcoming. The flat bedrooms are very spacious, while the bi-level bedrooms are a little smaller, but still offer plenty of space. All the rooms are comfortable, offer a separate living space, and feature a full kitchen. The rooms surround the courtyard, which houses the dual pools and lounge chairs. Our family visited Key West and had a nice stay at the Santa Maria Suites Resort. We enjoyed our stay and the tranquility of the property. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was well maintained and relaxing. The little bonus options like free wine, slushies, treats in the room were a nice touch. Walkable to Southermost beach where there were chairs and towels available as part of your stay. We rented bikes during out stay and there was a bike rack in the parking lot we could use. We just returned from a group vacation we rented two of the upstairs Suites they were modern clean and beautiful. We enjoyed being able to Lounge by the pool in the mornings and the easy walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. The front desk staff was amazing and always asked if we needed any help booking any excursions or getting a scooter and just generally asking what are plans were for the day. We had an incredible time at this gorgeous hotel. Azul at the front desk was lovely and hospitable from the very moment we stepped in. The suites are spacious with plenty of everything you could ever need. Bed was delicious and pillows were ideal. The location was close to everything and it was a quiet and peaceful bike to Duval and the rest of Old Town. Please treat yourself and book now!
