Great hotel! Is for sure haunted! I'm not a big believer in that stuff, but this place was undoubtedly haunted. We didn't know any of that when we booked, and we got a room in the original wing, in the charlie chaplin suite. First night my husband kept getting glances at a woman dressed in a 1920s/1930s gown with gloves on smoking a long cigarette. **Hotel Review** I recently had the opportunity to stay at this charming hotel, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. First and foremost, the ambience is incredible, reminiscent of the quaint places I've visited in England and Ireland. This is a pretty cool place. We went to the wine bar and ate at the restaurant. Both were really good and decently priced. We stayed in the original part of the hotel. The mattress in our room was too firm for me but my wife slept well. The room was in the smaller side which was my only ding. Overall, this was a great choice for a staycation

I made my reservation months in advance, asked for two queen beds and was given only one bed. Called the desk and was told I asked for one room through an agency even though I called the hotel directly. I was able to change to a two bed room in the old part of the hotel when our birthday guest was in the newer portion of the hotel. I suggest the hotel staff explain the difference. The old portion was odorant requiring going to purchase air freshener and a candle.

I loved it here! We stayed in the charlie chaplin suite which had a cute lil patio area and was next to the fountain. I know they say this place is haunted and we may have caught a lil something on tape (random distortion for no reason) but we slept great! The staff was lovely! If you’re lucky you’ll be able to take them up on their non official ghost tour (depends who is working). We’ll be back for sure!
