We stayed at Rivertide Suites in Seaside and had a great experience! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and awesome our whole stay—we were welcomed by the sweetest lady. We also loved the big selection of games you can borrow from the front desk. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony view. The whole hotel smelled clean and never felt dirty, and we didn’t hear any noise from the hallways or other rooms. I'd give this 5 stars if it wasn't for the beds. I'm not sure if you need to invest in a better mattress company or if I got a room with a mattress that needed to be switched out. Other than the bed, the room was lovely and spacious. The only things I'd recommend is having someone check the rooms after hk has finished to make sure dishes have been put away (it was an extra full load-couldn't tell if they were clean or not and had to hand clean them as I cooked my food) and there's extra blankets and pillows in closet for pu... read more

From reserving a suite to checking out, our experience was fantastic. The Staff was exceptional, friendly, courteous & helpful. The front desk staff was the best, especially Carol. She was a hoot. The suite was spacious, clean and had a great view. The beds were comfortable and clean. Loved the fireplace & balcony. This is now our go to place when staying in the area Thank you for a great experience.

My wife and I always stay at Rivertide Suites Hotel whenever we visit Seaside, Oregon. The hotel is wonderful and offers free breakfast and cookware in the room for us to use. However, we prefer eating out and supporting local restaurants instead. They have all the amenities we need, though. The staff are friendly and wonderful! They do an excellent job keeping this hotel in great condition. There are restaurants and an entertainment center within walking distance.

Wonderfully accommodating for a large military family on PCS orders traveling with pets (and towing a uhaul trailer, too!) The staff is awesome- especially the Navy Veteran who gave us a deal and answered all of our questions. Having a separate bedroom and bathroom for our kids plus in unit laundry is a game changer! The little touches like free dishwasher and laundry soap is a nice touch vs the nickle and diming of other hotels. Wish we could've stayed longer! My only critique would be that 9pm feels very early for the pool... read more
