Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Pool is 3 to 5 feet deep. We had a 1 bedroom suite. The full kitchen was nice, not stocked with everything you might need but had all the basics. Nice view of the river, comfortable living room and small balcony.

We stayed at Rivertide Suites in Seaside and had a great experience! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and awesome our whole stay—we were welcomed by the sweetest lady. We also loved the big selection of games you can borrow from the front desk. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony view. The whole hotel smelled clean and never felt dirty, and we didn’t hear any noise from the hallways or other rooms. My family and I stayed the weekend here in January and had a wonderful time! It was great being able to cook our own meals in the room instead of eating out each day. The only bad thing I can say is that the nonstick pans and plastic serving utensils in the room were in pretty bad shape. The bottom of the stock pots was flaking off and I didn’t want to use it due to the possibility of getting that in my food. I'd give this 5 stars if it wasn't for the beds. I'm not sure if you need to invest in a better mattress company or if I got a room with a mattress that needed to be switched out. Other than the bed, the room was lovely and spacious. The only things I'd recommend is having someone check the rooms after hk has finished to make sure dishes have been put away (it was an extra full load-couldn't tell if they were clean or not and had to hand clean them as I cooked my food) and there's extra blankets and pillows in closet for pu... read more

From reserving a suite to checking out, our experience was fantastic. The Staff was exceptional, friendly, courteous & helpful. The front desk staff was the best, especially Carol. She was a hoot. The suite was spacious, clean and had a great view. The beds were comfortable and clean. Loved the fireplace & balcony. This is now our go to place when staying in the area Thank you for a great experience.
