You MUST eat here!!! As self-proclaimed foodies, Rio Ranch ranks right up there with the most delicious food and dining experiences we've ever had! We originally went there for the offering of a Sunday Brunch Buffet, but once we arrived we found that it was so much more. The hostess, Dee, gave phenomenal hospitality as she greeted us and showed us to our table. We were craving a nice pasta at home while it was pouring outside, so we came upon Rio Ranch and ordered an early dinner takeout. The awning at the front of the restaurant made it super convenient to pick up our food, didn't get wet at all. Excellent paccheri bolognese. We also ordered calamari and that was great too. Impressive, friendly service from the hostess, Dee/Deirdre as well, great Southern hospitality right here at Rio Ranch! Will come again.

Mohammed and Alba were absolutely wonderful. Their service was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated their kindness. We’re visiting from Fort Worth, Texas, and this place exceeded our expectations. The drinks were great, the atmosphere was lovely, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I don’t know where to even start -stayed at the Hilton for 6 nights (alongside the Rio Ranch). The food was beyond amazing, breakfast was perfect for what I was looking for on the day. Dinner I followed the recommendations only from the waiter Muhammad every night. And when I mean bang on point. I mean BANG on point. I didn't even need to leave the hotel to look for new options because I had fear of being disappointed after the Rio Ranch. We ate at Rio Ranch after our graduation celebrating with a party of 25 and we got outstanding service. The brunch is well worth the price windlassesa prime rib, salmon, omelets, and many other sides. The desserts were delicious and every single item was cooked to prevent! I fully recommend Rio Rauch. The staff made our lunch an excellent experience. Thank you so much!
