THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES! I've tried to contact them and they never answer. In one response they gave to a customer, they provided another phone number to call, and they didn't answer that one either. The service is deficient and very poor, and the communication is even worse. I think this is a common problem in all agencies these days, regardless of the group or brand, although that doesn't excuse their poor service.
