I especially want to highlight their problem-solving skills when a minor issue arose with the paperwork. They acted quickly and maintained excellent communication throughout. The entire process was handled with great dedication and a positive attitude. I felt safe, supported, and well-informed. The staff is outstanding: everyone is helpful and attentive. I felt truly happy when I drove off with my new car!

My experience buying the truck was good thanks to Miguel, my sales advisor, and the service staff were also friendly. What I didn't like about my truck is that it has had some burn marks on the left side of the plastic since I bought it. They told me it would come off, but it hasn't; it's still the same. It also has a rattling noise coming from the air conditioning and vibrates when starting. Plus, it consumed coolant between gear changes, which I find strange.
