Excellent experience! I'm very happy with my new car, but what really stood out was the service. From the moment I walked in until they handed me the keys, they were always attentive to my questions and needs. They made the whole process simple and transparent. Highly recommended!
My experience buying the truck was good thanks to Miguel, my sales advisor, and the service staff were also friendly. What I didn't like about my truck is that it has had some burn marks on the left side of the plastic since I bought it. They told me it would come off, but it hasn't; it's still the same. It also has a rattling noise coming from the air conditioning and vibrates when starting. Plus, it consumed coolant between gear changes, which I find strange.
