I received TERRIBLE service from the Renault dealership in Metepec. Starting with the sales advisor, Luisa Luna, who left me waiting for over 40 minutes to hand over my truck because she was having breakfast. She and all the other employees at the dealership, except for the sales staff, were also having breakfast.
