My vehicle had a factory defect in January, and they gave me an estimated delivery time of six months for the part. They refused to offer any other solution or even provide a demo vehicle. The company's service is terrible. As for the Morelia dealership, the service "manager," Emmanuel, provided appalling service with a despotic attitude. And the general manager, Fernando, was completely incompetent.

Excellent support and service. You can schedule your appointment via WhatsApp and they follow up promptly. In general, everyone is very friendly, except for some of the receptionists, but the service itself for car maintenance and other services is very good.

One thing I appreciated was that they let you explore the cars at your leisure and genuinely try to understand your needs, not just offer you the most expensive option. They even offered me a test drive, which was a nice touch because it gave me more confidence before making a decision. As for the process, it felt organized and professional.
