I've tried contacting them several times without success; it's very frustrating. Neither Renault North nor Renault South answer. Is there anywhere you recommend taking Renault-type cars for maintenance?
Excellent customer service; they resolved my questions quickly, although some of their repair policies seemed a bit excessive.
They never answer any number just to sell. If you buy from them, forget about after-sales service, which is very important. You won't be able to contact them until you go to the dealership to request service. It's better to go to other brands.
I arrived at the location at the time the service area was supposed to be open, but it was closed. Please correct your hours.
