I've tried contacting them several times without success; it's very frustrating. Neither Renault North nor Renault South answer. Is there anywhere you recommend taking Renault-type cars for maintenance?
Excellent customer service; they resolved my questions quickly, although some of their repair policies seemed a bit excessive.
They never answer any phone calls except to make a sale. If you buy from them, forget about after-sales service, which is very important. You won't be able to contact them until you go to the dealership and beg for service. You're better off going with other brands.
I arrived at the location at the time the service area was supposed to be open, but it was closed. Please correct your hours.
Bad customer service, they take a long time, zero recommendation, they take a long time to answer calls. Etc.
