Problems arise from the reservation itself because the system assigns a time and then changes it. The person receiving the car doesn't give clear instructions, and the advisor doesn't even have basic automotive mechanical knowledge. And if, during the scheduled maintenance service, they discover the tires need rotation, they don't do it because it's not "included" in the service.

We bought a Kwid in February and it's a highly recommended car, very economical and relatively stable on the road. The sales service could be improved, as the salesperson who helped us was someone we had to constantly remind about the car's delivery. The facilities are comfortable and very clean; the only thing that needs improvement is the parking, as there are very few spaces available.
