Problems arise from the reservation itself because the system assigns a time and then changes it. The person receiving the car doesn't give clear instructions, and the advisor doesn't even have basic automotive mechanical knowledge. And if, during the scheduled maintenance service, they discover the tires need rotation, they don't do it because it's not "included" in the service.
I appreciate the attention and service of the sweet lady throughout the follow-up. My unit was finally delivered to me on Friday, August 8th without any problem. I apologize for the recent incident and thank the professionalism of the manager Rigo, who approached me and even gave me recommendations for my unit. Thank you.
