I have been waiting for more than 1 month for a repair that comes under warranty and the agency staff every time I ask about the status they invent new excuses and/or dates, the service is mediocre, informal and unprofessional, it is incredible that an international brand handles these quality standards in its human capital, you will undoubtedly be left without the desire to purchase a car from this brand again.

Terrible communication between areas, I contacted to find out the status of my vehicle, which has been waiting since December 18 for authorization to change a capacitor under warranty, they told me that I could go through it and it was already ready, I arrived at the agency and my car It is disassembled for obvious reasons, they cannot deliver it to me, making me waste my money and time.

What they did well was respect the vehicle reception and delivery times.
