Terrible service and a lack of communication among the staff. My car has been in the shop for almost two months due to an accident. They told me to go to the dealership for information, so I went, and the young woman who helped me said she couldn't give me any information because "tracking is only done via WhatsApp." I've sent many messages, and a whole week has passed without any response. So far, they just keep saying they'll look into it, share the information with me later, and then stop responding.

Terrible communication between departments. I contacted them to find out the status of my vehicle, which has been waiting since December 18th for authorization to replace a condenser under warranty. They told me I could pick it up, that it was ready. I arrived at the dealership and my car was disassembled for obvious reasons; they couldn't give it to me, making me waste my money and time.

Friendly service, there will always be someone to give you information, and in each unit there is a fact sheet (with clear prices) for each unit.
