Terrible service and a lack of communication among the staff. My car has been in the shop for almost two months due to an accident. They told me to go to the dealership for information, so I went, and the young woman who helped me said she couldn't give me any information because "tracking is only done via WhatsApp." I've sent many messages, and a whole week has passed without any response. So far, they just keep saying they'll look into it, share the information with me later, and then stop responding.

The service provided was very good, however, I feel their vehicles are not convincing. Furthermore, the interest rate they offer is not attractive, which can lead to a lack of customer interest.

Terrible communication between departments. I contacted them to find out the status of my vehicle, which has been waiting for authorization to replace a condenser under warranty since December 18th. They told me I could pick it up and say it was ready. I arrived at the dealership and my car was disassembled, and for obvious reasons, they couldn't deliver it to me, costing me my time and money.
