Overall, the service is good, friendly, and they deliver what they promise. However, I called to schedule the first 5,000 km and they gave me one price. When I arrived in the afternoon to pick up the car, the price I paid was very different (five times more than initially quoted). I expressed my dissatisfaction and told them that this is unacceptable to a customer.
