This year marks three years since I've had a Duster delivered, and during that entire time, neither the saleswoman nor the manager addressed the warranty. The packaging broke after a few months. We kept insisting, and the manager even blocked me from my phone. In addition, other warranties for poor quality meant they sent me to Morelia or León. I didn't buy from them; I bought in Irapuato and expected after-sales service, which, by the way, was very poor. I don't recommend them. Poor quality and terrible service.
