Terrible vehicles fail two months after taking them from the agency, terrible after-sales service, I have taken it twice for defects and one has not yet been corrected. They take more than 72 HRS to "repair the vehicle" and they have to take it to León I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
In general they serve you well, but what is super annoying is that this agency does not have a service area for cars. They send some technicians from Morelia every 15 days, but only 2 days and until 3 in the afternoon. If you leave work after that time it's worth it, you have to take it to León or Celaya. The technicians serve well, however it is very annoying not to have the service directly in Irapuato, and it is sad because I see more and more Renault units in the city, it seems to me that they should give priority to set... read more
Excellent attention from the sellers
Excellent service even during meal times. Very complete and well explained test drive. Very clear presentation of the different financial options to facilitate the acquisition of the unit of our preference.
Avoid buying there because they don't have a workshop, it is annoying to take your car to León or wait every 15 days for the mechanics in Morelia
