The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I bought a second hand Duster, paid in full. Took 4 weeks to release the vehicle, numerous excuses. There bank has the money but would not release it to them 🙈then no Invoice. I have been waiting over a month for the invoice. More excuses and untruths. I now am dealing with lawyers to try resolve this. The extra costs for accommodation, Uber rides etc has really been ridiculous. Now they say that they are changing company name 🤣😂 no surprise. When I visited the dealership to request a copy of my invoice, I received excellent service and a prompt response from the used car manager, Luis Lara. While inside the dealership, one vehicle caught my eye because I need it for my own business. I was directed to the sales advisor, Marco, who also provided excellent service. I highly recommend the used car department; they have excellent customer service.
