Excellent service. They answer all your questions.
I do not recommend for service. They don't accept a card, when they give it to you they don't explain anything about what they did to it, they don't explain what they are going to do to it, they tell you that they changed the engine filter and that they can't give it to you, they tell you that they changed the oil filter but it doesn't even correspond to the agency, in León they give you your sheet where they explain the revised parameters, not here.
Excellent service, very attentive sellers from the moment you arrive until they give you your keys.

If I could describe terrible service, I would call it a Renault Guanajuato Auto Dealership. It's unfortunate to know that when I requested a refund for my deposit due to a lack of interest in selling their vehicles, I had to wait 15 days (when the salesperson said it would only be 3). Neither the salesperson nor the manager took our calls, and we went to the dealership more than seven times without any response. Terrible, terrible service. If I could recommend a piece of junk service, I wouldn't even take their option.
