I don't recommend them for service. They don't accept credit cards, and when they give you the car, they don't explain what they did or what they're going to do. They tell you they changed the engine filter and can't give it back to you. They say they changed the oil filter, but it's not even the dealership's responsibility. At the dealership in León, they give you a sheet explaining the parameters checked; here, they don't.
Excellent service, the salespeople were very attentive from the moment you arrived until they handed you your keys.
If I had to describe terrible service, I'd call it the Renault dealership in Guanajuato City. It's appalling to learn that when I requested a refund for my reservation due to a lack of interest in selling their vehicles, I had to wait 15 days (when the salesperson said it would only be 3). Neither the salesperson nor the manager answered my calls, and we went to the dealership more than seven times without any response. Awful, absolutely terrible service. Bad and dishonest salespeople who ask for money without doing their job, and when you complain about their inefficiency, they give you the runaround, more lies, and drag out the refund process since the purchase didn't go through because of THEIR fault. Managers you try to contact for support don't even have the decency to answer. The service is absolutely terrible.
