⚠️ Be careful when they refuse to honor your warranty. Request a written denial. ⚠️ I took my 2024 Renault to the store due to a faulty battery. I left the car, and then they denied the warranty via WhatsApp and offered to buy me a new battery, even though my vehicle was within the coverage period. Excellent service from the salesperson who greeted us and from the parts clerk. We went to pick up some parts, but when it came time to pay, there was no one there. Perhaps she was on her lunch break, but they didn't have anyone else to process the payment, so we had to wait over an hour for someone to arrive.
