I've had a bad experience with this dealership. On March 19th, I paid a $5,000 deposit for a 2025 Kwid that they offered me for $200,000 cash. To date, they haven't delivered it. It was supposed to be ready for delivery in 3 days, then the manager told me that he had clearly told the salesperson that the process with that particular car took longer, about two weeks. Today, Fernanda, my advisor, assisted me with the same friendly service as always. We're following up on a warranty replacement for the control arms and engine mounts, as these extremely unusual issues for a car only a year and a half old appeared after just a year and a half of use. We'll schedule an appointment for next Wednesday to begin the warranty process.

Good evening. The service I received from Sales Advisor Juan Santoyo was terrible. On March 3, 2026, I picked up my vehicle, and by March 4, the air conditioning wasn't working.
