Good hotel for a quick getaway. Rooms were so dirty, staff were noisy in the hallways yelling …. They didn’t feel like working much. The pool was fine but towels were so limited went to get them for four times till they finally had two out of five I needed…restaurant was fine but food had flies. Definitely not a 4 star hotel tbh.

We had a pleasant one-night stay in two rooms. The hotel has a great family atmosphere, with a nice swimming pool and comfortable beds. The singer and evening pool party were an enjoyable highlight. However, there are some significant areas for improvement, mainly concerning cleanliness. We noticed a bad odor in the elevators and bathrooms, and our rooms lacked basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and coffee/tea. A wider variety of breakfast items would also be appreciated. If what you're looking for is a getaway by the Dead Sea then this is the right choice. Some teething issues remain such as patchy wifi connectivity and availability of drinking water during meals, but apart from that they are dependable and service standards were among the best during the trip.

The worst experience ever! Don’t ever try to go there. The service is 0, the food is -10. We were on the beach, and there was no water to take a shower, plus the bathrooms were disgusting 🤢. I have traveled to more than 25 countries, and I have never seen a hotel like this. Thank you for reading my comment, and I hope everyone pays close attention to hotel reviews before making a reservation.

We had a terrible experience at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Dead Sea. This hotel is definitely not a four-star property and, in my opinion, should be temporarily closed due to extensive water damage and mould issues. Many of the room doors appeared to have been broken into at some point, and our balcony doors were so badly damaged that the handle came off in my hand.
