Pros: Nice hotel Nice pool Hot tub Free mud for guests at Dead Sea Staff were kind and helpful. Cons: The shuttle bus - doesn’t run when the beach is open and isn’t reliable. It’s not a short walk. It’s long. The hotel should invest in golf carts and drive guests to the beach during all hours it’s open. It really ruined the experience for me having to walk so far in the hot sun. Many amenities were not open like the shop or the cafe. The waterslides don’t work. The pool bar is barely functioning. The Dead Sea beach is awful... read more

We came here on a day pass to visit the Dead Sea as it is only a short walk down to the sea. The hotel provides a shuttle bus also. It's such a beautiful hotel. We didn't stay here as we stayed in Amman. so I can't comment on rooms. The outdoor pools were lovely as to the jacuzzi. The grounds are really pleasant with lovely vistas of the Dead Sea. We will definitely stay here at some point. Staff helpful & welcoming. The Dead Sea is amazing. Floating felt so fabulous. Being smothered in the mud is quite an experience. Do ta... read more

NOT RECOMMENDED! I stayed at this hotel eight years ago, and for the price, it was fine. However, on my recent visit, I was shocked! Despite being in the same price range, it felt way too expensive for what I got. The hotel is extremely dirty, with dust and ROT everywhere. The bathroom and floors were disgusting, and the only clean thing in the room was the bedsheets “thankfully, at least I could get some rest” though I still felt uncomfortable from seeing all this dirt around! The hallways reeked of a rancid smell, making ... read more

This hotel has a good balance between price and what it offers. The rooms are nice. The option to enjoy the swimming pool and also the dead sea is a plus. My kids were disappointed because they did turn on the water slide. We asked several times, and they sent no one to assist us. Although the hotel restaurant offers options for vegetarians, the variety is limited. They were kind enough to serve us apples and bananas upon our request. I would stay again at the hotel.
