Hotel and majority of staff was great. Reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because Tuesday night the 27th night auditor the older gentlemen was rude to me and Mt wife saying we were blocking the fire entrance. We were no where near it. Felt he was trying to feel important. Worked in retail and hospitality for 33 years and I know where fire exists are. Outside of that stay was perfect. Hotel and staff 10/10 Outside of him. Him 0/10 . I see why he's on 3rd shift. Overall though great experience
I have stayed here a few times now and I love it. They never disappoint. Rooms are nice and clean, gym and pool are nice, parking is plentiful, and service is always top notch. There is plenty to do near by or within a short distance drive. They have a little restaurant attached called Stacks which has delicious affordable food. Would highly recommend staying here.
Not bad! The location was great; easy freeway access and easy to get around town from. The staff were very helpful. The place is dated but not scary, not dirty. I would prefer to have a microwave in my room which this did not, not was there any type of free breakfast, but it was pretty much what we’d expect for Ramada. Would return here if in the area.
Nothing spectacular but it gets the job done. One of the cleanest hotel rooms at this price point, that I've ever stayed in. Very quiet considering proximity to highway and busy road. Slept wonderfully. I just wish they had some sort of air freshener in the room, a bit of stale air. Would stay here again.
TVs are garbage and don't connect to wifi so you're stuck watching the local channels and can't cast your phone to the apps. Normally wouldn't care but have a sick kid and cannot get any kid shows. Everything is the news. Front desk is friendly and nice at least. Beds are comfy. Not a fan of the bathrooms. The hotel does have a pool and gym.
