We stayed here because parking was free and there was a refundable pet fee. We were not expecting much from reviews, but just hoped for the room to be clean. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious. It was very clean... even while being pet friendly. The balcony was nice to allow for fresh air. The beds were super comfy. We brought apple tv to stream. While the location of the hotel is good, the experience was lacking. Regardless of the amenities the hotel has, they are just that: amenities. We reserved in advance a big suite for 4 adults and one kid with two double beds and one full bed. We got a room with just two double beds instead. When we went to see what other options there were they said they did not have rooms, they didn't even have a cot for the kid. They said they were gonna check and call us to let us know wether there were cots or not, but they never called. ... read more

The entire hotel staff is welcoming when you arrive. The common areas are clean and nicely decorated. Jim and Mark do a great job maintaining the pool and hot tubs. It's in a great location. I highly recommend a stay.

Have I stayed in worse hotel rooms? Yes. Would I want to stay here again? No. The room temperature was inconsistent, the room itself was very worn down looking, the hallways smelled of cigarettes, and the gym very small, mostly a couple treemills and a cable machine. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful when I asked for extra blankets (the beds only came with sheets). The pillows were inconsistent: some were comfy and done were flat and dead

The room itself was decent enough and the bed was clean, but everything else about the hotel feels old and poorly maintained. The pool bathroom is in rough shape with rusted fixtures, and outdated everything. The hot tub water looked gross and foamed even with the jets off, which doesn’t give much confidence in the water quality/cleanliness.
