Easy check-in and check-out. The staff were really professional and friendly. Plenty of parking was available. Complimentary tea, coffee and water were provided in ample quantity. The place was very clean and the rooms were spacious with really comfy beds and pillows. They also provided more than enough toiletries. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. Hotel Review / Compliment: I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and all the facilities were excellent. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail that made my stay so pleasant. My recent stay was marked by exceptional service from Mr. Nurun and his team. Fatima , Wiam, and Chef Noby were particularly commendable for their attentiveness and professionalism in catering to my needs regarding both food and general service. While the room provided was rather small and lacked towels upon arrival, other facilities offered a mixed but overall positive experience. We were accommodated here during a flight delay and had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast had a decent spread.
