Travel stop-over, so was fine for the price. Convenient restaurant and looked neat, but we didn't eat there. Staff was friendly and helpful. One very important item, the accessible room we rented (121) did not have enough room between the bed and the huge immovable dresser for the wheelchair to pass. That was inconvenient and I do hope this feedback is read and the issue remedied. That town has unbelievably few accessible rooms for the number of hotels in the area.
Bed are amazing. Service has been great. The rate wasn't bad either for the weekend. They also have dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers just in case you forget to bring any which I think is amazing. So far we've had a great stay. Also is very close to the main strip where there is gas stations and fast food restaurants!!
Absolutely terrible. Booked on the phone because I was on the road. Terrible mistake, I should have checked the reviews. Smells like must and humidity, spiders in the bathroom, moths. Everything- the walls, the toilets, frames, headboards, literally everything is stained yellow. My daughter unprompted wanted to sleep on top of the blankets cuz she was scared they were 'sticky/dirty'. She ended up tearing up because the place is so uncomfortable. I have to agree. We needed last minute hotel to spend a night on our way TN. This hotel was pleasant surprise. We did not have any high expectations for the price we paid. The rooms were clean and spacious. The free breakfast was very basic. The Mexican restaurant on site was reasonably priced and food was excellent. The margaritas were freshly made and tasty!
Property super clean and well kept, room was very nice and bed was super comfortable. Great place. Only complaint was morning coffee was not as hot as I like but was fresh. Microwave cured that issue
