This is the best hotel for service, location and price. A huge crystal greets you upon entry. You can sit on a the most beautiful stone bench. Afternoon greetings and welcoming vibes from front desk staff. They have a bar and a great breakfast. Outdoor Pool and spa on site. Pool side rooms have outdoor patio with table and chairs. A good location. I booked it 4 months ago but when I got there it was closed do to plumbing issue. No notification before I drove an hour and a half to get there. Thank goodness it was a Tuesday and other hotels weren't booked up.

RAMADA INN TUCSON IS THE ONLY PLACE I STAY (AND I MEAN THAT) Second visit. Second time choosing this property over everything else in Tucson…and I travel extensively. Located 15 minutes from the airport with supermarkets, elevated dining, and authentic local spots nearby. Catastrophic hygiene conditions! The hotel is extremely poorly maintained and neglected from start to finish. Everything was extremely dirty and run-down. Even in the lobby, the carpets were stained. The gym clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months — there was even a bloody tissue lying on the floor. But the absolute worst part was the bedbugs, which is why we ended up leaving the hotel. The staff reacted dismissively and seemed extremely bored when we reported it. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Right off the freeway very convenient. Very friendly staff. Every staff member I dealt with went above and beyond. Rooms were updated and really clean. Comfy beds included.
