We stay here at least 2x a month every month. We have not ever had a bad experience. The staff at check in is always super friendly and kind. It not a newer hotel but the kindness really makes up for it. One suggestion happy hour at the bar with drink specials.

The staff at the front desk (Rosie) was amazing- However the room was less than desirable. Our room had stains on carpet, walls, mold in the bathtub, huge brown stains on the mirror and dirty sheets with hair in them. I have a disability and stairs are very hard on my body- They don't have an elevator- definitely not ADA friendly... although the ADA is a federal law. It started out ok. They were nice about our late check in. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. We didn’t spend much time in the room the first day so nothing was unusual. Then we discovered the ROACH issue in the bathroom. There were small one on the sink and larger ones on the floor/tub. It was late and we were checking out the next morning so we just dealt with it. This hotel was simply appalling, the corridors were filthy. The rooms were dirty. The general decor was terrible. How anyone can give this a review of 5 out of 5 is completely astonishing. We stayed two nights we had no room service no clean towels no shower gel lost for words.

The breakfast food is great, and the workers are very friendly! I just give 2 stars for the fact that the rooms and bathrooms are in horrible conditions! Gross!!! Need a deep clean, some bleach and detergent in that bathtub! I felt bad washing my toddler in there but had no option after a long drive!
