The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly, and genuinely tried to help us. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dated and not clean. There were visible stains and thick layers of dirt and dust in several areas. We were shown three different rooms, and each had the same issues, so my daughter and I decided to cancel our reservation and move to the Hampton Inn instead. RAMADA INN TUCSON IS THE ONLY PLACE I STAY (AND I MEAN THAT) Second visit. Second time choosing this property over everything else in Tucson…and I travel extensively. Located 15 minutes from the airport with supermarkets, elevated dining, and authentic local spots nearby. The room was filthy. It smelled awful. The light fixture was broken and the curtains hadn't been cleaned in... probably ever. The front staff did not come out to greet us when we got in. There was a water spill in the lobby that I had pointed out, came back later and it was still there. The porch light was insanely bright and the curtains were not blackout curtains so we had trouble sleeping. The ceiling had old stickers and marks from maybe hanging stuff. Exceptionally good service and quality of offerings in the hotel. If you’re on a budget and you’re looking to stay by the convention center this is definitely great spot to visit. Especially since I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast food offered. The food was seasoned and was tasty. Well, done, Ramada

Made reservation for two beds in room for $100 a night total, the assigned room smelled pee, front desk offered upgrade to one bed king room that did not smell, now my brother had to sleep on the floor! Ramada in El Paso was so much newer with two beds suite that has a kitchen for the same price.
