The hotel is a short drive to the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi and Loreto Chapel. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. Value for the money. But my husband got bitten by bed bugs as he sleeps only with shorts. No shirt. I smelled someone's smoking pot at the parking lot.

My room reeked of dogs or animals and needed serious cleaning. The last person’s coffee stuff was still in the coffee pot. The bathroom smelled like urine or sewer. I told them at the desk how the room stunk and rather than offer me a different room the person said, “Well, you’re already settled in and I only have a room with two queen beds.” He said dogs are allowed in every room. It’s a rip off at half the price. For a kennel, maybe the price is good.

Arrived at the hotel. Check in was easy. Rooms smelled like dirty dogs. Toilet seat had urine on it and there were some drink splatters on the wall near the trash can as if someone threw a Coke in and it splattered, then maids didn’t clean it up. The bed was hard and not comfortable. Breakfast was typical lobby fare. Stay wasn’t terrible but wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed that Wyndham would put their name on this.

The hotel was clean. Good variety for breakfast. The only thing that could have been better was the bed. We slept ok but the bed was hard, needed a foam topper or something! Maybe needs a replacement.

Ramada Santa Fe, clean, larger hotel. Reasonably priced, however the location’s roadway is extremely busy throughout much of the day. Hotel was not noisy during my stay, nor did road noise bother me. Be aware of personal items left in vehicles. Area has concerns with theft, I did not witness any concerns or issues, but the hotel management has signs posted throughout the parking areas. I would consider staying here again if in the area. Weekend rates are much higher than normal.
