TLDR; My room was not cleaned for most of my 8 night stay, despite a request for cleaning. The breakfast was terrible. I checked in for an 8 night stay on a Sunday. Per the hotel's policy, they only clean every third day unless otherwise requested. This is fine by me. However, I expected that this would mean I should have at least 2 cleanings during my 8 night stay. Instead, the staff cleaned my room on Tuesday and then NEVER AGAIN. I had a wonderful stay. Sandy made my stay amazing. She went above and beyond for me and always had a smile on her face. Such a wonderful girl. Breakfast was great, they even had trays in my room for me to grab breakfast and take it to my room with my pet. Great hotel and great staff. I told the manager that Sandy is a good one and I truly hope they see the value she brings to the hotel with how kind she was. The staff was informative, positive and helpful. Our room accommodation was clean, supplies were just how much we needed. Room temp was easy to accommodate our needs. There was so much to choose from at the breakfast. The hotel was less than 10 minutes away from our show location. Perfect. We’ll book again!

The pool was closed for renovation. They never told us only after we paid because we asked. We have two teenagers and chose this hotel because of the pool. The manager was note helpful, first he said he couldn t do a discount because we knew before accepting the reservation. When he found out it was not the case, he said it was not possible because of the way we booked the hotel. He didn t seem very sorry about the situation and wasn’t t looking for solution.

I booked this hotel because ofthe location and the rate. Both were great. The room was decent. The bed was hard but we didn't expect much more for the price. When we checked in we were told the pool was under construction. I booked the hotel because it had a pool. I told them there wasn't anything saying it was under construction.
