Was really unsure of booking here because of the bad reviews but we are really happy we took the chance. Room is great (#216)! The staff was great and he was able to put us in a room further from the road/highway so there's no noise complaints from us. I like that we have our own door to our room (motel style). This room had hardwood so bring your slippers or socks if you need them. There was ample free parking (Thursday night) and a free breakfast from 6 to 9am. Will be staying here again.

I had a nice 1 night stay. I was in the area for a concert at Shoreline and the location is very convenient. I drive a Tesla and the ChargePoint available on site was the best. The hotel is close to a main highway so during the day you definitely hear it, but at night not so much. I am a very light sleeper, I put stoppers in my eyer and slept peacefully. Great location to stay after a concert at Shoreline. Hotel is well taken care of, however the "amenities" are very simple. The bed, lines and pillows were clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms were nice. 5 min drive to safeway and great food options just a short walk away. Would stay again.

I noticed the noise from Hwy 101 as soon as I got in. No double pane windows. I thought the noise would subside by midnight. But it did not. I could still hear cars and occasionally louder tucks and motorcycles. So next day I asked for a quiter room which I got. And hence I rate the service higher. But that room has issues also. Worst was the noise from withing walls when someone started filling a bath at 6 AM two days in a row. It was so loud I jumped when it happened the first time. So my experience was not great. The cleaning staff did not properly clean my room the entirety to my stay. The side of the bathtub was filthy. The sink was never cleaned. The noise was the worst part of my stay. Ask to be placed towards the back because it's absolutely awful at the units at the entrance. There's a highway or main road, and I could hear every single car drive by all night.
