Hotel staff was wonderful! Breakfast was wonderful All of our needs and extra to towels and soaps were provided for graciously. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere and a dry place to smoke on the front porch. Very good experience.

Despite showing some age, the room was comfortable. The mattress allows for a quality sleep. The breakfast was good and was well organized. The location is conveniently located near the shopping area and to Fort Ligonier.

This hotel was awful. I had booked it for my wedding and everything was a mess. First off I booked 2 conjoining rooms so my wedding party could get ready together and they did not tell me until arriving that one of the conjoining rooms bathroom didn’t work. So they were going to have us go across the hall if we needed to go and my wedding party would have to be split up while getting ready. Room was clean, staff friendly, but virtually everything we were promised when we made the reservation did not happen. We booked connected rooms and didn’t get them. We were told the pool would be open, and it wasn’t.

The staff and room was amazing. The water pressure and breakfast was good. I have less than five stars because there is no restaurant here. The website shows pictures and reviews about the food but it is closed.
