Adequate hotel for staying while in the area. Beds were comfortable and water pressure for taking showers was great with lots of hot water. Breakfast had good options (scrambled eggs, homefries, waffles and sausage links). Outside looks dated, but so what? It was nice inside and will stay again.

The place is gross and the owners literally changed the price on me when I arrived. I booked months in advance for an event at a certain rate, and when I got there they charged me for a rate that was almost $50 more expensive than my original reservation. These people don’t care, and when I fought the charge it still stuck in the end. Avoid at all costs. They just want to take advantage of people.

It was a very nice stay and very convenient for our trip. A bit odd since it was off the normal path for hotels to be located, but not a big deal. It was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The Rooms were not clean. The service was questionable. Many problems. Key card, internet, other amenities. They charge extra for everything. The only good thing was the location in Ligoneer.

Would not recommend this hotel as it is in need of rehab and up dating. Booked a reservation for four nights through reservation desk and my confirmation said paid in full. Day after checking in I was called to managers office and told I owed an additional $250.00 as the hotel did not receive all of their money from Reservation desk. This is not my problem. It is a problem with Ramada and reservation desk. Poor customer service!!! Will never stay here again!!! This hotel is a blemish on the lovely town of Ligonier.
