I had the best time with my stay and all of that was because of the personal service I received by Nathan. He went out of his way to ensure that he got me the best deal and made sure that me and my travel companion had all the amenities that they provided. This gentleman needs a raise !!👍. Also the woman in charge of the breakfast was AMAZING. She also provided personal services WAY above any I have ever seen before. Kudos to Ramada Inn staff. Top notch service with wonderful smiles
Stayed here for two nights. Rooms were clean. Kids loved the pool. The restaurant is permanently closed. The breakfast was lacking. Pre-made jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, individually packaged muffins and donuts. Quite the bummer.
This has become my favorite place to stay. The staff are simply excellent from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. My last visit Emilio was of great assistance in combining two separate reservations for me. I love the location and the view across the Portage Canal. In addition instead of a dinky little gym this Ramada provides day passes to the Portage Health facility just over the Bridge. The room was neat and clean. The view from the window is breathtaking. The staff that checked us in were so pleasant. Thank you for a good experience
Good hotel. Clean, pretty quiet, good breakfast in the morning. Pool available. Close and easy to downtown Houghton food and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!
