Right on the water due directly East, so be careful with the blinds in the morning unless you wanna wake up blind. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, let us check in early (slow season). Our room was nicely cleaned and organized with a nice note from cleaning, my only complaint is how the balcony doors were cleaned left the glass a little smeared (just gave more of a reason to stay on the balcony and enjoy the waves). I been coming down to Quality Inn ocean front for over 20 years. I just took a trip for labor day weekend so I figured I'd leave a updated review. Location is prime, especially if your older or with kids. There are plenty of great places to eat in walking distance and only a few minutes away from the boardwalk which to me is very rowdy compared to midtown. Rooms are very clean. Love this hotel, easy walk to the beach. Amazing little play area if you get the bottom floor ocean front for kids. Only issue is there is garbage all through the sand in front of the hotel cigarette, butts and beer cans to be exact where my child tried to play. Inside of the room smells like mildew and the air conditioner did not work. We had to ask 2 fans from the front desk just to be comfortable in the room. Disappointing Experience – Unclean Rooms and Poor Conditions After a long and tiring drive to Ocean City, we were looking forward to relaxing at the Quality Inn Oceanfront. Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing from the moment we arrived. We have been going here for 10 years, we have always enjoyed our stay. The views are great, the beach is great, the Atrium is great. I also just want to give a shout to front desk clerk Mia! She was very helpful in assisting me on locating my lost headphones and promised to call me back, which she did and made it possible for the headphones to be shipped to me as early as a day or two. Thank You Mia 😀
