This is a great place to stay. The front check in staff are really friendly. The hotel location is in a great spot with places to eat within walking distances, or driving if you're into it. There's a bar inside with great drinks( I didn't try the food.) and food. The rooms are great, with comfortable beds and a little kitchen area(not sure if all the rooms have it ). Mariah greeted us upon our arrival and we found her to be a very friendly and helpful person. For the most part the hotel is a nice hotel. Some updating wouldn't hurt. The location is perfect in my opinion. It's a short drive to any place in Ocean City no matter which direction you go. Best of all its right on the beach. Walk out of the elevator and straight out to the beach. Nice hotel!
I've stayed here many times. If you're looking for the Four Seasons, this won't be your place. The beach front rooms are great and the staff are awesome. I've always had nothing but a great experience with this hotel. The staff will make up for any small inconveniences that you may experience. If I wanted the Ritz, I would book a room there and probably wish I was at the Quality Inn. Down to earth and willing to bend over backward to make your stay a great experience.
Shout out to the Quality in Ocean front. Had a great time during our stay. Really big shout out to Maiah who is an awesome front desk guest service. She was very attentive, worked quickly. She was extremely nice and helped us into a room superfast. 10 out of 10
Quiet family hotel. Clean rooms, beautiful view from the room, atrium is a neat place with a pool, 2 hot tubs, arcade, cafe, water feature with turtles and fish, and don’t forget the birds! Overall this place is fantastic! Only complaint is we had to fight the screen door to access the balcony.
