I had a great experience at the hotel. The entire staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-organized, and everything was working perfectly. The breakfast was tasty and well-prepared. In addition, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

We travel all over the world. We stay mostly at Marriott and Hilton,. Recently Wells Fargo offered a credit card with CHOICE HOTELS. I collected points and we stayed in several. they are OK but not close to a Marriott or Hilton. This Northlake Quality INN was a disaster!! Smell of POT on arrival. all night long comming from the lobby. The elevator was not working. {It looks broken for months.} The room smell was almost toxic. Bad carpet cleaning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. The room was small and in need of some cosmetic repairs but it was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

We had a quick stop over in this place while driving to Texas from NC. The rooms were clean but the double beds were so small. We were 4 of us (2 Adults and 2 kids). The front desk and employees was so kind and helpful. The breakfast place was so neat and well presented. The contemporary breakfast was good for the cost. This is my own experience

Great place to stay. We have been to other Quality Inns all over the US & they need a lot of TLC. This is the nicest and cleanest. Friendly staff. We come back and stay again next time we go down south.
