Great Location & Friendly Staff, But Avoid Room 123 We recently stayed at the Quality Inn Boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. The location is fantastic, right on the boardwalk, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived and was set to stay at Quality Inn Oceanfront but we wanted Boardwalk, and they were able to get us into the only room they had left, which we appreciated. Years ago I stayed at this hotel and had no complaints. Always praised how I enjoyed staying there. Rooms were nice, pool areas were nice/clean, employees were friendly, and the location was really good. Times have changed, my family stayed there recently and we had our fair share of problem. Room Air Conditioning wasn’t working and got the runaround for 2 days on it being fixed with the room being 77-80 degrees at night. Great view and the rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly. They have 2 out door pools and an indoor one with a hot tub as well. This has been our go to spot for vacation down here for the 3rd year now and everytime its always a great stay

1 of 2: My friend and I decided to take a last minute girls trip and booked for 4 nights beginning Sunday 7/6. We frequently visit OC but our usual 2 places were booked solid. We will never book this property again. Upon arrival the front desk staff was unwelcoming. We were handed our parking pass and room cards and given our hotel room number (verbally, which is a safety concern) with no directions to parking options, luggage carriers, elevators or our room. Perfect location with an oceanfront room offering stunning views. Right on the board walk. The hotel can get crowded during long weekends. Breakfast isn’t included, but there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Parking cost included. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot.
