Ok, the location is incredible and very convenient!!! The pools were clean and refreshing after ocean swims. The staff was nice and helpful. Now, the luggage carts are falling apart so be careful. The elevators are in rough shape but still work, just be patient. We stayed in room 901. Great view from the balcony but the bathroom has almost no space for putting your hygiene items. The bathroom sink was tough to use too. The AC doesn't work great, and the beds are decent but not great. So honestly a typical hotel in a tourist... read more

My family and I just stayed at the quality inn on the boardwalk for a week. We have been coming to the quality inn for years and have enjoyed our stay every year prior to this year. If it wasn't for the convenience of the boardwalk, 2 big pools outdoor, and pool bar onsite I would give this a 2 star review. Upon entering the hotel room (222) it smelled moldy, and the room felt wet. The bedsheets were damp, every night going to bed you felt dampness in the room. This was our second stay at the Quality Inn Boardwalk, and it has quickly become one of our favorite places to stay in Ocean City. The comfortable beds and pillows make it easy to unwind after a long day, and there is nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to a beautiful ocean view right from our room. If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. We showed up for check in start 230pm and the room wasn't ready. Granted we were 30min early so no big deal. The lady at the front desk took our phone number and we walked around in the scolding heat until 430pm and waited for the phone call stating our room was ready. No phone call. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a very, very long time. I was a little weary because the price was so cheap and prior experience has shown me that if there is a cheaper rate, it usually means so hotel is not so great. They do offer a low rate, yet they have the most amazing staff who let me get breakfast after the time because I was a few minutes late.
