I was recently invited to this Stars and Strikes location and was looking forward to a fun night out. Unfortunately, the experience fell short on multiple fronts. First, the venue feels outdated and lacks the inviting, family-friendly atmosphere you’d expect from a place that markets itself as entertainment for all ages. First time coming here it was my daughter's birthday. It was a nice family entertainment (bowling, arcade games, bumper cars) gathering. I'll probably do my birthday get together here also
Got the gold package for a birthday package said it come with 2 slices of pizza it’s a 8 person package meaning it will have 16 slices. We all know a pizza come with 8!slices They brought me pizza with missing slice and they claimed that there was 8 slices and that because the way it was sliced they can’t give me the extra slice like make it make sense. I’m a league bowler, and while practicing, my shoe cane broke apart. Lexi was super helpful and offered me a pair of shoes to finish my game on the house! The facility is clean, well-organized, and the customer service is top-notch. I'm sure you'll have a blast here – highly recommended!
Great family atmosphere. League bowling down on one end and open, hourly bowling on the other lending to everyone being able to have fun. The lanes were oiled well, and there were not too many mechanical issues with ball return. This was my first time there, and I highly recommend it.
