I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must give a huge shoutout to the front desk hero, Ronnell (I hope I got the spelling right!). His customer service is absolutely top-notch and made my stay with my mom truly unforgettable. Our room was not only stunning but also immaculate, with a gorgeous balcony that had direct ocean views—just breathtaking! Stunning place! The only reason i gave the room four-stars is because when we arrived, we found the pillowcases were stained. But we were able to replace kindly with the housekeeper who was down the hall from our room at the time. We were given a really nice room, the front desk team are great! The view of the beach from our room was stunning! We could only stay one night but we def were reconsidering changing plans around to stay another night! WE WILL BE BACK!

Great location right on the beach but it stops there. Want to give others a couple of heads up if booking here. 1) The light from the hallway beams into your room with the opaque window doors so it’s light all night and I couldn’t sleep either night of my stay. Also, motel set up as hallways are outdoors and the setup causes an echo and you can hear everything in the hallway from your room. 2) There’s a $20 amenities fee regardless if you use anything or if anything you want is available and/or in working condition. 3) Bikes... read more

The rooms were comfortable and cute, and the sliding privacy shades were great! The staff is super helpful! You have to try the restaurant Toasted! Even if you're not a guest, it is well worth it! There is a bit of construction on the new bar and indoor dining, but the staff more than made up for it on the Terrence!! The stuffed French toast was the best I've ever had, and the dinner crew was probably the best part of our stay!! A massive shout-out to the evening manager, IVAN!!!! Lovely hotel. Full Ocean view room was really a “full ocean view” and worth the cost. However, our stay did not include the weekend. The balcony of the room overlooks the pool and a basketball court in the park. If there were kids in the pool or a pool party… it would be a different story and not worth the cost. But if the kids in the pool were your kids it might be ok. . The staff were nice especially Ronell Jones the front office Supervisor. He represented professionalism to the max.
