We came here for lunch and it was very pleasant. The service was good and the food was even better. I got the chicken salad. I asked for the croissant and not the Texas toast and it was good but not very flaky. I would try it with the Texas toast next time. The chicken salad was really good. We also got the chips and queso which was nice and hot. My husband got the steak quesadilla and it was hearty. We also got the prosciutto pasta for to go and it was really good and reheated well. Smash burgers were great with the Hatch chili and the garlic mashed potatoes were amazing. The house wine was really good and best prices around. We were seated quickly on a Friday night. Quiet and clean space.
Persimmons Bar & Grill at Grapevine Golf Course is hands down one of the best dining spots in the area. I wasn’t expecting a restaurant at a golf course to be this impressive, but everything from the food to the atmosphere to the service was outstanding. Terrible service, Molly was terrible, very rude and racist. Kept being sarcastic, and talking terrible about us with her assistant. Waitress took forever to bring our food, food was all cold. Kept going in the kitchen about us that even the cooks were coming to the kitchen door to see us. After we complained manager was being sarcastic and kept laughing. Kept ignoring us. This restaurant is fantastic! We are regular customers and the staff never fails to impress plus the food and drinks are excellent! We love this place so last week we hosted a dinner for around 40 friends and it turned out fantastic! Again the staff was perfect! The food outstanding and the atmosphere is so nice. Our entire party really enjoyed themselves and loved the dinner. Thank you to all of the staff at Persimmons! We love this place
