This was my first time coming to this casino and I tell you I love it and it was the most amazing experience I’ve had in a long time. The casino was crowded but not overwhelmingly crowded. The staff was really nice and friendly and they were literally everywhere so you never had to look for staff and the servers were always checking to see if you needed anything and they would bring you anything you needed immediately. Stayed three nights with girlfriends, celebrating one of our birthdays. We had a cabana one day and sat out by the pool, which was awesome. The cabanas have couches inside, a fan, curtains, a TV, bar and a refrigerator. Waitresses that come and take your orders for drinks and food the whole time you're there and you get free water bottles too and ice. I wish I had taken some pictures. We just had such a good time. Always fun to play here. Allot of slots to choose from. Fun around every corner. The food court has allot of yummy options and very clean bathrooms. Nice employees who are always willing to help. I've stayed here in the past and the rooms are nice and clean. Can't wait to return for my next Jackpot 😃

I stayed here for two nights and, unfortunately, accidentally left a suit in our room after we checked out. I live in Los Angeles, which is a four-hour round trip from the hotel, so I reached out immediately to ask if my friend—who was still staying at the resort—could pick it up on my behalf. I provided proof and identification and clearly explained the situation. We got a Junior Suite at the Resort Tower and stayed for a few days. The parking area was easy to locate, had lots of parking spaces and was free. There was a significant amount of walking from the parking to the hotel, though it was mostly flat, had moving walkways and seemed to be very accessible for disabled folks.
